Plan shows your training one week at a time.
Find your way
- Use the arrows to go to the previous or next week. Tap the dates in the middle to come back to this week.
- Under the dates you see who the plan is from (your coach and batch) and how many workouts are done this week.
- If your batch has a map pin, tap Directions to open it in Google Maps.
Each day
Each day shows its workouts with a small status icon: Done, Missed, Today, Planned or Cancelled. A day with nothing on it is a rest day.
Tap a day to open it. You see every step of the workout and your coach's notes. Tap View to open that day on Today, where you can mark it done, link an activity or ask to move it.
Gym loads set as % 1RM show your own kg when you've added your one-rep max. See One-rep max (1RM).
Weekly target
If you have training blocks, a line above the days shows the block and week (for example "Build · week 2 of 4"), the target distance and sessions, what's planned and what's done. See Training blocks.
Good to know
- You see only workouts your coach has published. Drafts stay hidden until they publish the week.
- "Just for you" on a workout (on Today) means your coach changed it only for you.
- Runs for the next 7 days can go to your Garmin. See Connect your watch.
- Training on your own? You can add and edit workouts here. See Train on your own.
