Questions coaches ask
Is Athelista free?+
Coaches can use Athelista free with up to 5 athletes. Paid plans add more athletes and coaching tools. Athletes never pay, whichever plan their coach is on.
Which watches does Athelista work with?+
Garmin and COROS. Workouts you plan are sent to athletes' Garmin watches with their own paces and zones, and completed activities sync back automatically. Athletes without a supported watch can mark sessions done or upload a FIT, GPX or TCX file.
Do my athletes need to download an app?+
No. Athletes use Athelista in their phone's browser. They see today's workout, their week and their progress, nothing to install.
Can I coach both running and strength?+
Yes. Running and gym sessions sit in the same calendar. Strength sessions use sets, reps, rest and % of 1RM, and each athlete sees their own weights.
Can I move my plans from a spreadsheet?+
Yes. Paste a week from Excel or Google Sheets, or type workouts in plain text, and Athelista builds structured workouts from it.
Who owns the data?+
Athletes own their training data and choose what each coach can see. Coaches own their plans. Health-form answers are visible only to the coach.
