You can ask us to delete your Athelista account and your data at any time.
Athletes
- Go to Account › Profile & emergency.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account and data.
- Read the note and tap Delete account. Tap Keep account if you change your mind.
We delete your profile, plans, activities and Medical ID within 30 days, and email you when it's done. This can't be undone.
Coaches
- Go to Account › Profile.
- Under your details, tap Delete my account and data.
- Read the note and tap Delete account.
- Owners: we close your business and delete your profile, plans and business details within 30 days. Your athletes keep their own activities and history.
- Team members: we take you off the team and delete your profile. Plans you wrote stay with the business.
What happens to your data
- Your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Some records must be kept by law, such as receipts for fees a coach recorded. We keep these only as long as the law requires.
Before you delete
- Just want to stop training with a coach? Use Leave in Account › My coaches instead. See My coaches and sharing.
- Just want to stop watch syncing? Use Disconnect in Account › Connected devices. See Connect your watch.
